General Information for our Tutors and Group Leaders

Our Library: Special book collections and other resources such as videos are maintained in our Learning Center at Kirkland. Volunteers can check books out from this location for one month at a time. Unlimited renewals are allowed. View our online catalogue.

Meeting Places: Most tutors prefer to meet with their student(s) at our learning centers; however, sometimes the pairs meet in other public locations due to convenience. Check with the King County Library for a list of possible meeting places. We require all tutoring to occur in a public place.

ESL classes meet in a variety of public places across the Eastside. Detailed information concerning the location of classes can be obtained from www.hope-link.org/get_help/adult_education.

More: General information is available at volunteer orientation, training, or the Volunteer section of the Hopelink website. If you have suggestions or find a broken link please contact us.
